Terms & Conditions
Please allow 3-4 business days for processing of your order and 1 business week, 5 business days, for production. Shipment timeframe will be based on shipping option selected during your purchase. We are currently processing as many orders as we can with the increasing demand for our products. If you have a custom order, Please ensure that you provide us with ALL INFO NEEDED to process your order. We are not responsible for order delays that are caused by lack of information. We appreciate your cooperation.
Please allow 3 business days for processing of Sample orders and shipping of 7 business days after processing. Please note: Federal holidays, Saturday, and Sunday are not business days. Samples are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.
NOTE: All orders are shipped with tracking numbers. We are not responsible for delivery delays or lost mail, due to processes by the United States Postal Service (USPS) or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your package is returned, you are responsible for paying the shipping cost for us to resend it to the correct address.
All orders are FINAL SALE (NO EXCEPTIONS).
